MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

All memberships and class packs are non-refundable. We do not offer membership freezes. You can cancel your membership at anytime directly in your account or by emailing info@thegaragechi.com a minimum of 14 days before your next billing after your commitment is complete.

BOOKING WINDOW

Our class booking window opens every Thursday at 2pm, for the next 2 weeks. Book all classes in advance through our app. Booking window closes 30min before class starts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our late cancellation and no-show policies are in place to keep classes accessible and to respect the integrity of our space and programming. Booking windows and fees are outlined in our app, and members are responsible for managing their reservations accordingly.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) incur an $18 fee.
No-shows incur a $35 fee.

WAIT LIST POLICY

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.

  • You may remove yourself from a waitlist at any time with no cancellation penalties.

  • Once you are added to the class from the waitlist, your reservation becomes a confirmed booking and is subject to our standard cancellation policy.

  • Waitlists are common for peak class times—please check your reservation status in The Garage Chicago app for updates.

  • If you arrive while still on the waitlist, you are required to check in with the coach to confirm availability.

GUEST POLICY
We love when you bring people into The Garage! All memberships include one (1) guest pass per month, and additional guests can be booked using class credits.

Members can reserve a spot for their guest directly through their account using the guest’s email or account information. All guests MUST create an account prior to attending, and guest reservations can be managed directly through your account.

PRIVATE EVENTS

We host private group training + events. Head to our Private Events page to request a date and time that works for your crew.
